VHF NFD this weekend, I'm going to be on from Kent using the call G0FBB/P, we are active on all bands 6M to 23cms, so would appreciate any contacts.

sorry yes, we do have 4, generally we don't as its an optional band, but we have legal limit to a 10ele long yagi on 4, hope to work you.

All set up now and ready for the off..., no E's on 6 though :(

Had some fun working portable in the garden this evening. Best of the bunch was an ON4 but I couldn't quite copy his call - think it was ON4AZ/P - did anyone else work him (he gave me 5/9!) and then vanished? Also MM0CPS/P and GM4ZUK/P in IO86 (a new one on 2m for me). Also F/G4FZN/P.

A good weekend, worked a number of EA's on 2 and 70cms, 6 opened to the states about an hour before the start then died at start time, did work a lot of EU and Med stations. 4M was interesting with Sp E intermittently around, worked the usual S51's etc.
The beer at the local (Shepherd Neame) was up to scratch and the Wx superb, not much more to say really.
We are always looking for recruits to the group...., preferably with contest experience, if anyone is interested contact me.
